About Us

Our Difference: Delivering Traditional Pediatric Health Care in a Non-Traditional Way

Partnering with you for better health: We will encourage you to take charge of your child’s health by giving you guidance on nutrition and exercise, and give you emotional, behavioral and developmental guidance as well. We will work with you as you raise your children and encourage you to ask questions, email the provider you’re seeing with your concerns prior to your appointment so we can make the most of our time together and give you and your child or teenager the best chance at wellness.

Welcoming Environment

Welcoming home-like environment: We did away with the waiting room and instead greet you and bring you back to your own room which is outfitted like a small den with a couch, a couple of chairs and a desk. Each room is unique in decor and no room is ‘babyish’. We have sports themed rooms, a UofM room and MSU room, superhero rooms (including Wonder Woman and Superman), and rooms based on Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter just to name a few.

Pediatric Specific Staff

Pediatric specific staff: We strive to provide the best child and adolescent experience possible and the staff is a huge part of the team that provides that care. We are proud to say that our RNs are all pediatric trained and many worked in the NICU before coming to work for us. The MAs in the office are all pediatric trained as well and experienced with children. We have a great team! The Pediatricians of course are all Board Certified and US trained and NP Lori is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.

Other Services

Many extra services are delivered right in the office including lactation consults by a certified lactation specialist Stephanie Bauer, psychotherapy and behavioral therapy consults are available with Kim Kelly, in addition we do blood draws in the office to minimize the need to go to the lab. Our Wellness Center has all the breast feeding and breast pump supplies you’d need as well as skin creams for baby’s sensitive skin and books we have chosen as great reads.
