If the office is open, you have a lot of options! You can call and talk to a pediatric trained staff member about your concern or you can email one of the providers in the office. If you have recently seen a provider about a particular issue or have an upcoming appointment it makes sense to contact that provider if she’s available. You can email her along with the email/on call provider of the day (in case your preferred provider is out of the office) to make sure your question gets addressed. Check out the calendar (Go to the ‘Contact’ tab at the top and click on ‘On Call providers’) or check out the bottom banner of this page to see which provider is answering emails today. If the office is closed, you can contact the email/on call provider by emailing her or calling if needed after 10pm. To get the provider on call’s phone number just call the main office number and press ‘2’.

If the provider you email is out of the office you may get an auto reply message. Please resend your question to the email provider of the day to make sure you get an answer to your question.  Your first email will be auto deleted and not answered.

Emails are answered within 2 hours (usually much quicker!) between 7am and 10pm.
