Please join us in welcoming Dr. Sean Sullivan to Birmingham Pediatrics!! Dr. Sullivan has been in practice for a few years and “loves working with children of all ages, but especially teenagers, with a passion in weight management and fitness.” Dr. Sullivan begins seeing patients on October 8th, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have him join our team!!
Meet Dr. Sullivan….
“I was born in Detroit and raised in Indiana. Between the ages of 17 and 25 I lived in three states and three countries. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Syracuse University in New York and my medical degree from American University of the Caribbean in Sint Maarten. I completed my residency in General Pediatrics at Children’s Hospital of Michigan, where I also met my wife. Together, we have a beautiful son who was born during the COVID-19 pandemic. I love working with children of all ages, but especially teenagers. My passion is weight management and fitness. When I am not working, I love cooking, live sports, concerts, and spending time with my family. I look forward to meeting and caring for all of you.”
We trust that the addition of Dr. Sullivan will allow us not only to meet, but exceed your expectations!!
We have all the info you need about when to quarantine, isolate, test, and worry about Covid 19. Our providers are serving as experts on panels for school districts and businesses. We are helping them guide students back to school safely and workers back to the office without fear.
Call us first before running to urgent care or getting a Covid test. We can talk you through your scenario, usually via telemed and often save you a trip.
When testing is needed know that we can offer that service in our office. Safely and reliably.
We are here for you!

At Birmingham Pediatrics, we provide the best possible care and much more. We believe in open, honest communication and we go above and beyond to do whatever we can to make being a parent a little easier. (We even make house calls for newborns.)
From guidance about nutrition and exercise to emotional, behavioral and developmental issues to everything in between, we’re here to help.
